Beth & Tracie will happily accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with all tags attached for a full refund within 14 days from purchase date - items cannot be returned after 14 days of purchase date. Any returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted but we will, however, return the damaged goods to you. Beth & Tracie are not responsible for shipping and handling costs on returned items. We recommend as it is imperative for all returns, for the customer to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to ensure a refund. Beth & Tracie are not responsible for returns that are not received. Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are refused by customers nor will we be responsible for re-shipping refused packages. We are unable to process returns for any items purchased from an outside retailer.
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Upon receipt of returned goods, you will be notified of this via email. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment that you originally used. We aim to process returns the day after we have received them but please do allow up to 14 working days for refunds, depending on your provider for the refunded amount to be visible in your account. Beth & Tracie reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements. Please send all returns to the address below: -

EXCHANGES
Kindly note that we do not currently offer or able to process exchanges. Process a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a separate order for the new items you wish to receive.
FAULTY PRODUCTS OR SHIPPING ERRORS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within two months of purchase and are beyond repair. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please make sure that your order is shipped to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us via email at hello@bethandtracie.com prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items. We will respond to your inquiry between the hours of 10.00am – 5.00pm.
