We do aim to deliver your items to you in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK orders are shipped by Hermes and international orders are shipped by DHL. We cannot amend your order once it has been dispatched so please check your confirmation email carefully. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays so orders will only be dispatched from Monday through to Friday.
You will need to sign for your delivery, so it is important to use a delivery address where you will be available to sign, or somebody you trust can sign for it. If you are out at the time of delivery, you will be left a card and you will then be able to contact the carrier to arrange a second delivery or collect from the depot.
We will try our best to meet the delivery date given. If there are any changes to this, we will always keep you informed. Occasionally due to situations beyond our control, with third-party courier services some orders may take longer.

Free delivery on all orders over £150 or if less: -

Please note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. Orders placed during sale; delivery times may take slightly longer.

Free delivery on all orders over £250 or if less: -

Please also note that outside the EU, any import duties, taxes and customs fees incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

UK orders: shipped via the Royal Mail First Class Delivery service. We will inform you of your tracking reference by email when your order is dispatched if applicable.
Overseas orders: shipped via Royal Mail. If the value of the parcel is over £40, we will inform you of your tracking reference by email when your order is dispatched, otherwise it will be despatched as a standard airmail item and we will retain a proof of postage.
If Out at the Time of Delivery If your parcel requires a signature and no one is available at the time of delivery, you will be left a card. You will then be able to contact Royal Mail to arrange a second delivery or collect from the depot.
The delivery of the goods shall be made by us or the carrier to the address for delivery shown in the order form. It is important for the address to be accurate. Please be precise with delivery instructions. Once the goods have been delivered in accordance with your instructions, you will be responsible. Thank you!
