Shipping & Handling

With stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours from receiving the order.  If the web site advises that we are temporarily out of stock, please email us your order and we will advise you when the item is anticipated to be back in stock. We ship within the UK, Europe, Canada and Continental US as well as the rest of the world. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.  We do care about the environment that we all live in so we send all our goods out in as little and environmentally friendly packaging as possible.

 

UK & NORTHERN IRELAND: All orders are dispatched using DHL on business days (Monday to Friday) with the charge being £8.95 excluding bank holidays and weekends.   Customers will normally receive their orders within the next working day.

 

EUROPE: We are happy to ship to Europe with the charge being £28.00 if the the order is under 1kg in weight. If your order is over 1kg in weight we will contact you to advise of any additional delivery costs. Monday to Friday only and please allow 5-6 working days for delivery.

 

USA & CANADA:  We are happy to ship to the USA & Canada with the charge being £28.00 if the order is under 1kg in weight. If your order is over 1kg in weight we will contact you to advise of any additional delivery costs. Monday to Friday only and please allow 5-6 working days for delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL: (Outside of UK, Europe, USA & Canada).  Again, we are happy to ship anywhere in the world but you will need to allow 6-8 working days for delivery and the shipping cost will be £34.00.

 

Please note that all overseas deliveries can be subject to local import duties, taxes and/or customs fees which Beth & Tracie are not liable for.
