Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Beth & Tracie resort wear as much as we do, but if you are unhappy in any way we are happy to offer you a full refund (less delivery costs) if returned within 14 days of the dispatch date. However, any returned goods have to come back to us in perfect condition and be unworn, unwashed, still in its original packaging, with tags still intact and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept items for a refund if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE; Sale goods are not refundable but may be exchanged.

If you would like to exchange your purchase and it meets the returns criteria as listed above, simply return the item to us for a full refund (less delivery costs) and re-order the new item from the website as before. We always recommend using a "signed for" delivery service to ensure the safe return of your goods.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. A return/exchange form is enclosed with every package, which you will need to fill out completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Enclose a copy of the invoice and seal securely.
2. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please send to: 
Beth & Tracie UK Ltd, The Stables, Pendock Cottage, Byfleet Rd, Cobham, Surrey KT11 1DS.  We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting by using a prepaid, insured and traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us and are lost in transit.
3. After we receive your returned item and we are satisfied that it is in a saleable condition, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification when the credit is issued. However, please allow up to 2 billing cycles from the date received for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

FAULTY POLICY

Beth & Tracie are more than happy to refund the cost of your purchase plus postage and packaging if you are returning a faulty item. However, we will not accept any goods as faulty if they are been returned after 8 weeks of purchase and have been worn extensively. Also we do not regard the item to be faulty if one or two sequins have come off. These sequins are sewn on by hand and are likely to come off now and then especially during the washing process.  Additional sequins are provided with every item that is embellished with sequins.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
